How It Works
From inquiry to delivery in 5 steps
① Inquiry & Consultation
Send us your design, tech pack, or reference images. We'll discuss fabric options, pleat types, quantities, and target pricing within 24 hours.
② Sampling (7-10 Days)
We produce a sample based on your specs. You review fit, pleat quality, color, and finish. Revisions are done until you approve.
③ Order Confirmation
Once the sample is approved, we issue a proforma invoice with final pricing, quantity, delivery date, and payment terms (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment).
④ Bulk Production (~15 Days)
Your order enters our production line. In-process QC at every stage. You receive production photos and updates throughout.
⑤ Quality Check & Shipping
Final AQL 2.5 inspection. Packing, labeling, and shipping documentation. FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou port or door-to-door as needed.
