3. Products & Services

We specialize in OEM and ODM manufacturing of pleated garments, including dresses, tops, skirts, suits, coats, and pants. All products are customizable in terms of fabric, color, print, size, and labeling, subject to agreement.

4. Quotations & Pricing

• Quotations are provided based on specifications you provide (design, fabric, quantity, customization details).
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
• Quotes are valid for 15 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing is subject to written confirmation via proforma invoice.

5. Samples

• Sample production typically takes 7–10 business days.
• Sample costs and shipping fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Sample approval is required before bulk production begins.

6. Production & Lead Time

• Bulk production lead time is approximately 25–35 business days after sample approval and deposit receipt.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
• We will notify you promptly of any delays.

7. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before production begins.
• Balance is due before shipment or as agreed in the proforma invoice.
• Accepted payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, or as mutually agreed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping terms are FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou port unless otherwise agreed.
• Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

9. Quality & Returns

• We conduct quality inspections at every production stage.
• If you receive defective goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue — through replacement, credit, or re-production as appropriate.
• Returns for non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind) are not applicable for custom-manufactured goods.

10. Intellectual Property

• All product images, designs, and content on this website belong to SUZHE PLEATS and are protected by copyright.
• Custom designs you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not reproduce or share them without your consent.
• ODM designs developed jointly are subject to separate agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUZHE PLEATS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, through arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
